This cyanotype features overlapping layers of palm and Monstera leaves in rich sepia and cool blue tones. The leaves intertwine and flow diagonally across the piece, creating a sense of movement and energy. The blue and sepia colors balance each other, evoking warmth and calm simultaneously. Star-shaped elements add an extra layer of texture and complexity, giving the piece a dynamic, almost dreamlike feel. This composition captures a blend of tropical elements, embodying the natural harmony and fluidity of leaves caught in gentle motion.

Each cyanotype is a one-of-a-kind original, crafted from leaves I've gathered from around the world, making each piece like a journal of my travels. Made on watercolor paper, each artwork has my signature on the front and back. The cyanotype process involves soaking the paper in water, sometimes multiple times, which can create small tears. I've reinforced these spots with tape when needed, though they won’t show once framed. This process uses sunlight to create natural shapes in rich blue tones, giving each piece its own unique character.
