A lush Monstera leaf hand-painted in shimmering gold anchors the composition, radiating warmth against a deep cyan-blue backdrop. Palm fronds fan upward, accented by delicate fern silhouettes and scattered foliage, creating a tropical scene filled with depth and subtle texture. Gentle layering and hints of movement evoke a tranquil yet vibrant botanical world.
This cyanotype measures 22 x 30 inches and is created on high-quality watercolor paper. Each piece is handmade by me and completely one-of-a-kind. It comes unframed, allowing you to choose the perfect frame for your space.
My recommendation for framing this piece is a shadowbox frame in white or natural wood, with a 2- to 3-inch mat. I suggest floating the artwork, meaning it’s mounted slightly above the mat board, fully showcasing its beautiful deckled edges and adding depth.
I always recommend working with your local framer when possible. If you're short on time or prefer ordering online, a great alternative is Simply Framed, where you'll find these framing options. For more detailed framing tips, please check out my framing guide.
